Ruby Maclin

FISK — Ruby G. Maclin, 77, of Dudley, Mo., died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at her residence at Dudley, Mo.

Mrs. Maclin was born July 5, 1942, daughter of the late Bruce and Cassie Armstrong. She was a homemaker and retired from Arvin Automotive.

Mrs. Maclin enjoyed traveling, cooking, rummage sales and spending time with her family. She was a member of River Of Life Ministries at Dexter, Mo. On Nov. 26, 1958, she married Beard Maclin Jr. at Truman, Ark. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Edward Maclin (Kathy) of Dudley; one daughter; Lola Kay Smith (John) of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; three grandsons: Jeremy Rushing (Stephanie), Dwayne Maclin (Mandy), Matt Maclin (Sara); nine great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Nola Gibbs of Tyronza, Ark., Mattie Raney (Buck) of Trumann, Ark., and Cathy VanVleck (Robby) of West Plains, Mo.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Pennington officiating. Burial will be in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley.
