Ronald Dinkins

PUXICO, Mo. — Ronald Dean Dinkins, 58, of Wappapello passed away Dec. 31, 2019 at his home.

Ronnie was born July 12, 1961 in Poplar Bluff to Roger and MaryLou Dinkins. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Ronnie loved the Lord and attended the Cowboy church in Fisk.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Lenny Dinkins and Jeffrey Dinkins, and one sister, Debra Downing.

He is survived by two children, Matthew Dinkins and wife, Ashley, of Anchorage, Alaska, and Jennifer McClurg and husband, Jacob, of Owensville, Mo., eight grandchildren; Matthew, Isabella and Blaine Dinkins, and Jonah, Joel, Hannah, Lyla, and Benjamin McClurg, and one sister, Bonnie Luttrell of Keatchie, La.

Visitation will be from Noon-2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 at Morgan Sifford Funeral Home in Puxico, immediately followed by a memorial service. Since Ronnie hated dressing up, he would expect his friends and family to dress casual for his funeral: jeans, boots, and camouflage are encouraged!.
