Roberta Lucille Colclasure, 89, of Lexington, Ky., formerly of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Monday, March 12, 2018 at her home.
She was born Sept. 29, 1928 in Warren, Ohio to the late Hubbard Earl Brown and Della May Burton Brown. She attended New Covenant Fellowship Church.
July 11, 1949 she married Eldon Dale Colclasure in Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death February of 2013.
Roberta was a nurses aid and ward secretary.
She is survived by three sons, Rea Ellis Colclasure (Joyce) of Alma, Ill., Jon David Colclasure of Poplar Bluff, and Dale Lee Colclasure (Mary) of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Ruth Donaldson (Stone) of Lexington, Ky.; one brother, Duane Brown (Ethel) of Lakeland, Fla.; and 16 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday March 16, 2018 also at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Moore officiating. Burial will be at the Mo. State Verterans Cemetery.
