POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. — Richard Charles Marsh, 63, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died at his home on Saturday, February 2, 2019.
Mr. Marsh was born January 31, 1956 in Lilbourn, Mo. to Mildred Marsh, she preceded him in death in 2004. Mr. Marsh proudly served in the United States Army.
On October 25, 2006, he Married Sandy Sunday, she survives.
Also surviving are three daughters: Yvonne Carter of Champaign, Ill., Shalonda Jackson (Sherron), Tasha “Nikki” Marsh both of Poplar Bluff; three sons: Marcus LaRuex of Fort Wayne, Ind., Michael and Matt Marsh (Angela) both of Poplar Bluff; six sisters: Freddie Lee King (Ollie), Mildred McBride (Oscar), Rosetta White (Ed); Lucille Anderson, Brenda Marsh, Lois Phillips (Esau); and special friends: Calvin L. Carter and Curtis McBride; three sister-in-laws: Vicki Sunday, Kathy Sunday, Tierra Monroe; fifteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by four brothers; two sisters; three grandchildren; one special niece: Rowena Marsh; and his beloved dog: Ginger. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church in Poplar Bluff. Funeral will follow at noon in the church sanctuary with Bishop Ronnie Webb Officiating. Internment will follow at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with full Military Honors.
