WAPPAPELLO —Randy L. Carnell, Sr., age 58, of Wappapello, passed away Friday, Jan. 31, 2020, at the St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis.
He is survived by his companion, Mary Ledford, of Wappapello, five sons, five brothers and 13 grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
