CORNING, Ark. -- Quinn Brown, 94, of Datto, Ark. passed away Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017 at Corning Therapy and Living Center.
Born May 11, 1923, Mr. Brown was a farmer, who enjoyed fish gigging, hunting, and going to rodeos. He was a member of the Corning Masonic Lodge #719 and also a Shriner of Sahara Temple in Pine Bluff. He attended First Baptist Church in Corning.
On Nov, 9, 1944, he married his wife of 73 years, Millie (Troxel) Brown. She survives.
Other survivors include his children Rita (Ralph) Crafton of Corning, Mike (Sandra) Brown of Pickens, and Mitch (Pam) Brown of Corning; grandchildren, Kristin (Josh) Hammett, Cameron (Amanda) Crafton, Matthew (Samantha), Zack, and Laura Brown; great-grandchildren Bella Crafton, Ava and Braxton Hammett; and sister-in-law Betty Troxel of Jonesboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manson E. and Zora (Rawlings) Brown; five brothers; and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Jerry Sollis officiating. Burial will be in Corning Cemetery.
