Pamela Jean Abbott

FISK, Mo. — Pamela Jean Abbott, age 63, of Fisk, died Monday, May 13, 2019 at her residence, in Fisk. Mrs. Abbott was born August 19, 1955 in Poplar Bluff, Mo., daughter of the late J.W. and Tessie Murphy.

She worked in several different capacities at Gamma Health Care for 27 years. Mrs. Abbott attended the Thousand Hills Cowboy Church at Fisk.

She is survived by two daughters, Holly Walker and husband, Jerry of Wappapello and Christy Knott and husband, Jeff of Joelton, Tenn.; one son-in-law, Zeke Zych of Puxico; one brother, Jerry Murphy and wife, Sandra of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Barbie Summerlott and husband, Tom of Poplar Bluff; six grandchildren, Alex Knott, Hunter Walker, Bailey Zych, Elizabeth Zych, Jade Walker, and Brayden Zych.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Angie Zych.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, May 17 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kevin Murray and Jerry Murphy officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery at Bernie, Mo.
