NEELYVILLE, Mo. -- Opal Collins, 94, of West Plains, Mo., formerly of Doniphan, Mo., died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28 at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville and the funeral will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Mo.
