Norman Lincoln Richmond, 90, of Grandin, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

He was born on Jan. 14, 1928 to the late Albert and Fay (Huling) Richmond at Ripley County, Mo. Norman worked as a custodian for John J. Pershing Veteran's Hospital. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Southside Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed hunting, raising and breaking horses. He had traveled with Anheuser Busch and took care of the Clydesdale horses.

Oct. 18, 1956 he married Ethel Jeanette Fletcher. After 12 years of marriage, she preceded him in death. On Jan. 15, 1972, he married Harriet Marie Richmond (Carpenter) in Carter County, Mo. She survives.

Also surviving are five daughters, Norma Richmond, Mary (David) Maple, Shannon Richmond Hurst, Sharon Wright and Ruth (Glenn) Gutterman; son, Daniel Richmond; eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Floyd Richmond and sister, Doris Schmaltz.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 12 years, Ethel Jeanette Fletcher; father, Albert Richmond; mother, Fay Richmond (Huling); daughter, Debbie Roberts; daughter-in-law, Sheila Honeycutt Richmond; son-in-law, Kenny Wright; sister, Goldie Wagner; brothers, Alvin, Lester and Harlon Richmond.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. - noon Friday, March 16, 2018, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Funeral services will begin at noon Friday, March 16, 2018, at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff, Mo., with Pastor Jerry Lemons, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Stephens Cemetery on K Highway in Ripley County.
