PIEDMONT, Mo. -- Norma Toney, 82, of Piedmont died Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Mercy Jefferson in Festus, Mo.
Visitation will be held from noon until the service begins at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ruegg Funeral Home of Piedmont. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in Des Arc, Mo.
