Norma Lee Tipton, 88, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Monday, Aug. 14, 2017 at Oakdale Care Center in Poplar Bluff.
Services were held Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017 at the Cotrell Funeral Chapel. Rev. Calvin Buhler officiated. Burial followed in the Memorial Garden Cemetery.
