Nawanda Ruth Dana of Kimberling City passed from this life on October 28, 2017 in Springfield, Missouri.

Wanda was born in Poplar Bluff January 11, 1931, to Albert and Bessie Hutton Woodruff. She attended Cravens School and studied music in private lessons.

On July 21, 1963 she married Orin Dana. They lived in St. Paul, Minnesota and Memphis, Tennessee. While Orin had his own business Wanda did the accounting and the taxes. At retirement they returned to Missouri.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings: Franklin, Dick, Ruby, Grady, Glover Armind, Lorene and Laymond, and a nephew Chester Dooley and a niece Dianne Miller.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Orin Dana, and nephews and nieces: Calvin Dooley of Park Hill, Oklahoma, Wanda Carylon Carter of Osage, Minnesota, Glenda Stock, Linda Adams, Mike Woodruff, Julie Byrd and Mary Woodruff, all of Poplar Bluff.
