Nancy Carolyn Robertson, 79, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021. She was born January 3, 1942 to the late Leslie and Emma (Whitson) Taylor of Holcomb, Missouri. She was of the Baptist faith.
She worked as an administrator for nursing homes prior to retirement. Nancy was a talented lady in written word, having her poetry published. Beyond her talents, she was an avid gardener with her flowers, cooking up a big meal for friends and family as well as loving her children and grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her son, Robert Ray (Shawnee) of Poplar Bluff; two daughters, Carolyn Hemlick of Poplar Bluff and Leann Hoskin of Greenville as well as seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Leslie Ray and Marvin Ward; four brothers, Leslie William Taylor II, Joe Larry Taylor, James Taylor and Johnnie Dale and two sisters, Sherley Deloris Ann Ridde and Betty Gale.
