Melvin Eugene Graham

NEELYVILLE, Mo. — Melvin Eugene Graham of Poplar Bluff, Mo., departed this life on Sunday, March 17, 2019, at his residence at the age of 64.

Melvin was born June 5, 1954, Melvin Graham and Ruth Ellen Coan Graham, in Aurora, Ill. and they preceded him in death.

On June 19, 1982 he married Martha Lamb, she survives. He is also survived by five children, Andrew Graham (daughter-in-law, Kathy) of Ankeny Iowa, Brandy Graham (son-in-law, Greg) of Poplar Bluff Mo., Leamon Graham (daughter-in-law, Tammy) of Poplar Bluff, Jason Graham of Texas, Laura Hall of Michigan and Timothy Graham of Dixon, Mo.; two sisters, Kathy Barker (husband, Jackie) of Fairdealing, Mo. and Ellen Preslar of Harviell, Mo.; nine grandchildren, Aaron (wife, Miranda), Alex (wife, Jayda), Kayla (husband, Claudio), Abigail, Adrianna, Darius, Amari, Olivia and great-grandchild, Bodhi.

He was a member of the Naylor Missionary Baptist Church and in his spare time enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading and gardening. He also enjoyed his dog, Lady; his children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday night, March 20 from 6-8 p.m., with services following on Thursday, March 21 at 2 p.m., both at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville. Burial will follow at Cochran Cemetery in Harviell with Elder Kenny Graham and Elder Tommy McMurtry officiating.
