Melissa Ann Stucker, 58, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She married the love of her life Timothy R. Stucker Sept. 30, 1982. He preceded her in death June 14, 2019...

Melissa Ann Stucker, 58, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

She married the love of her life Timothy R. Stucker Sept. 30, 1982. He preceded her in death June 14, 2019.

Melissa was born Nov. 28, 1964, in St. Louis to Joseph and Janet (Adams) Voirol. She received her high school diploma through her hard-work as a student at the Excel Center in Poplar Bluff and later began her studies in college. For over 15 years Melissa and her husband, Tim, worked for the Daily American Republic as carriers. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, attending church at Temple Baptist, and baking. Melissa was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by three daughters, Melissa Black, Mary (Jonathon) Davidson, and Lisa (Jonathan) Page, her son, Timothy Ray (Kara) Stucker II, 10 grandchildren: Adam, Ryan, Brianna, and Emily Black, Zachary and Logan Davidson, Abigail, Nikola, and Oliver Page, and Jameson Stucker, and one great-grandchild Kaylee Rose Davidson.

In addition to her husband and her parents Melissa was preceded in death by her daughter Rosetta (Rose) Stucker, a granddaughter Kaylee Marie Davidson, and a sister Minette Voirol.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday Dec. 19, 2022, at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following at 11 a.m. The Rev. Steve Patterson will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn section of the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
