FISK, Mo. - Marvin Willard Jewell, age 89, of Fisk, MO. Died Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was born March 3, 1928 at Greenway, AR to the late Everett A. and Nora (Crabtree) Jewell. He was co-owner and operator of Jewell's Station & Café at Broseley for several years and later owned and operated Jewell's Grocery & Station at Fisk. He was a member of Twin Rivers General Baptist Church. On October 2, 1948 he married Loeda Mae Wagster. She preceded him in death on January 8, 1950. On October 24, 1959 he married Lillie Carroll. She preceded him in death on March 26, 2015. He is survived by one daughter: Barbara Thompson of Fisk, MO; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild due in October. He was also preceded in death by one daughter: Shirley Kay (Jewell) Rush; one step son: Danny Carroll; and three brothers: Howard, Hershell, and Wendell Jewell. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
