Martha Sue West, 86, of Harviell, Missouri, passed away in the Oakdale Care Center June 11, 2022.
She was born Jan. 28, 1936, to the late Roy Lee Wolverton and Iva D. “White” Wolverton.
On May 24, 1952, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, she was married to Billie Joe West. He preceded her in death March 22, 2018.
She is survived by two sons: Bill Gary West of Harviell, and Randy West and wife, Elizabeth, of Huntsville, Alabama; three grandchildren: Lea Christian and husband, Matt, Jennifer Coleman and husband, Wesley, and Sabrina Davis and Fiancée Dallas, two great-grandchildren: Tyler and Cole; one brother, Roy Wolverton of St. Peters, Missouri; and two sisters; Mary Miller of Montrose, Colorado, and Wanda Ellsworth of Springfield, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, Willie Wolverton, J.A. Wolverton and Melvis Wolverton as well as one sister, Bethel Tyler.
She enjoyed mowing, housework, and camping. She worked at Rowe Furniture and Walmart.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2022, in the chapel at Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will follow at the Williams Cemetery near Corning, Arkansas.
