NEELYVILLE, Mo.-- Lynda J. Gambling, 77, of Doniphan,Mo., died Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, in the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Gambling was born April 29, 1940, in Rector, Ark. She was a longtime resident of Ripley County. She married Wesley LeRoy Gambling April 13, 1957 in Ellsinore, He preceded her in death on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015. She enjoyed gardening, her church Naylor Pentecostal Church, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
Children surviving are Suzy Fowler and husband Donnie of Naylor, Mo., Terry James and husband LeRoy of Doniphan, Tracy Shostrand and husband Jerry of Doniphan, Tina Norris of Doniphan, Karen Phillips and husband Bill of Lincolnton, N.C., Joe Gambling and wife LaDawna of Tipton, Mo., Andy Gambling, Mike Gambling and Paul Gambling, all of Doniphan; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, and her mother-in-law Christeen Gambling of Doniphan.
Two grandsons Donald Craig Fowler and Justin Norris preceded her in death.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, at Fowler & Sons Funeral Home. The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, at the Naylor Pentecostal Church. Donnie Fowler, her son-in-law, will officiate and Greg Fowler, her grandson, will assist. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Doniphan,
