Kathleen Ann Rice of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away on March 13, 2021 at Oakdale Care Center in Poplar Bluff.
Miss Rice was born January 16, 1970 in Palm Springs California to the late Judith Ann Rice and Paul Allen Rice.
She was a member of the First Church of God and a life member of American Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Post 29, Poplar Bluff.
She was a graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, with two years at Three Rivers College as well as two years at Arkansas State University, Jonesboro.
Her mother, Judith Ann Rice, preceded her in death in 1982. Her grandmother, Ethel Mae Johnson, who mostly raised her, preceded her in death in 2016. Her stepgrandfather, Don Johnson, of Poplar Bluff, survives. Her grandfather, Charles Richard Miller, preceded her in death in 1977. Her grandmother, Ethel married Don Johnson in 1992.
Visitation will be Friday, March 19 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. at the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville with Layman David Knapp, who ministered to her while in Oakdale, will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens by her mother, Judith Ann Rice and grandfather, Charles Richard Miller in Poplar Bluff.
