Jordan Smith

Jordan Ray Levi Smith, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Oct. 26, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

Jordan was born Oct. 29, 2000 to Monica Smith in Poplar Bluff.

Jordan worked at Applebee’s, was an avid gamer, loved spending time with all his family and friends and loved music.

Jordan is survived by his mother, Monica Smith; stepfather, Matthew Dockins; sisters, Kaitlyn Hall, Emily Smith, Addison Dockins; maternal grandfather, Steve Smith; paternal grandmother, Debbie Pruett and husband Clay; aunts, Gail, Linda, Carol, Angie, Sarah, Anna and Melissa; uncle, Steven Smith; niece, Khaleah and many cousins.

Jordan was preceded in death by great-grandmother, Pansy Spencer; Nanny, Teresa Barker; cousins, Adam Manes and Martin Smith.

There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020 at Grace Christian Fellowship 3200 Warrior Lane, Poplar Bluff, with Rev. Brian Sharp officiating.
