Jimmie McKuin Boef, 81 of Poplar Bluff, Mo. passed away at 8:05 a.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 at the Beth Haven Nursing Home in Hannibal, MO. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020 at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Hannibal. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. Jimmie McKuin Boef, 81 of Poplar Bluff, Mo. passed away at 8:05 a.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 at the Beth Haven Nursing Home in Hannibal, MO.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020 at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Hannibal. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. Father Mike Quinn will officiate.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 - 11 a.m. at the church. The family is being served by the James O’Donnell Funeral Home of Hannibal., MO.

Jimmie was born on May 10, 1938 in Santa Anna, Calif., to Earl Sisco and Edith Sheffield Sisco.

She was previously married to Carrol McKuin Sr. He preceded her in death.

Also preceding Jimmie in death were her parents, one son, Carrol McKuin Jr., one brother, Bill Sisco and one sister, Gerri Kroman.

Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Rouse (Les) of Hannibal; two sisters, Janie Darbyshire (Bob) and Muriel Sisco, both of Hannibal; one grandson, Nicholas Rouse; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jimmie retired as a nurse having worked many years in Poplar Bluff , MO and in the state of California.

Jimmie loved to spend time with her family. She was a wonderful cook and loved nothing more than to entertain family and friends. Jimmie also enjoyed reading cookbooks and doing needlework. Most of all Jimmie cherished the time she shared with her family and friends, especially her grandson, Nicholas.

Jimmie was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Family Catholic Church or Community Loving Care Hospice.
