Jason Ray Burgess, 41, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017 in Poplar Bluff.
He was born April 15, 1976 to Leroy and Glenda (Franchville) Burgess at Merriville, Ind.
Jason really enjoyed playing his guitar.
Jason is survived by his wife, Tonya Burgess, of Poplar Bluff; his parents, Leroy and Glenda Burgess of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Carol Day of St. Joseph, Mo.; his nephews and niece, David Ratliff, Brandon Kirk, and Jessica Ratliff all of St. Joseph, Mo.; two cousins: Russell (Carol) Burgess and Angie Lourance all of Poplar Bluff.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Burgess.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 11, 2017 at the Lords Chapel Church on CR 605 (1/2 mile Rd) in Poplar Bluff. Long time family friend and Pastor Rowdy Boyer will be officiating.
Moore Funeral Service in Poplar Bluff is in charge of arrangements.
