Janice Kaye Doyle, 72, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Westwood Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Doyle, daughter of the late Willard Paul and Phoebe (Sisney) Perry was born Aug. 18, 1945 in Eugene, Oregon. She attended Osborn General Baptist Church in Qulin, Mo. Mrs. Doyle assisted her husband in a glass business in Malden, Mo. and in her later years, she worked at Hicks Animal Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family and also enjoyed many years of playing organized softball and raising registered Angus cattle.
On June 18, 1964, she married Billy Ray Doyle at the Cane Creek Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include four nephews, Ethan Doyle, David Edwards and Dennis Edwards all of Poplar Bluff, and Ray Doyle of Cape Girardeau; three nieces, Christy Hyde Bazzell of Poplar Bluff, Melissa (Suttles) Bailey of Curryville and Melanie (Suttles) Smith of Independence.
A sister, Jeanette Edwards also preceded her in death.
Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following at 3 p.m. in the chapel. The Rev. Robert Edwards and Rev. Mark Book will officiate. Burial will follow at the City Cemetery.
