LOUISVILLE, Ky. - George Marshall Smith, 83, of Louisville died peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife Clydia Wilma, his children Terry Weiss (Morris), Michael (Nelda), James (Holly) and Sherry Harned (Tim).
He was a wonderful caring grandfather to Noah Grey (Hanney), David Weiss, Zachary Smith and Kaitlyn, Rebecca and Jeremy Smith. He was so excited to become a great-grandfather and dearly loved his great-grandsons Solomon and Luther Grey.
One of seven Smith Brothers, he leaves behind the youngest of the clan, James E M (Pat).
Preceded in death by his parents, John W. E. and Olivia B. Smith and five of his six brothers, John, Alex, Frank, Olaf and his twin, Welborn.
Burial at Cave Hill Cemetery, in Louisville, Ky.
Paid
