Franklin Delano Davidson born November 2, 1936 to the late Harry and Agnes Davidson was taken into the arms of Jesus on June 11, 2021. Franklin Delano Davidson born November 2, 1936 to the late Harry and Agnes Davidson was taken into the arms of Jesus on June 11, 2021. He had attained the age of eighty-four years, seven months and nine days.

Frank had seven dear siblings, May Bruce, Helen Slaughter, Dennis Davidson, Wanda Davidson, Maggie Tidwell, Alvie Davidson and Judy Davidson.

Frank enjoyed many things in his life such as hunting, gardening, fishing, camping, chicken fighting but most of all spending time with his family, children and grandchildren.

He was joined in marriage to Merma Jane Muller on September 6, 1958. They were blessed with nine children, Franklin Davidson, Henry Davidson, Kelly Davidson, Donna Werner, Earl (Teresa) Davidson, Rebecca (Nathan) Lacey, Malinda Wyatt (Butch), Jerry (Kelli) Davidson and Shawne Davidson.

Frank is the patriarch over twenty-four grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren. All special and beloved to him.

Frank’s lifelong occupation as a Mason defined him in his hard work ethic. Through this he was able to teach his children to be strong willed, to love one another, to laugh a lot and to live life to the fullest.

In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by four sisters, May Bruce, Wanda Davidson, Maggie Tidwell and Judy Davidson; two sons, Kelly Davidson and Shawne Davidson.

Frank will forever be missed by all who loved him and his memory shared for strength and comfort.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the McSpadden Funeral Home in Ellsinore, Missouri with the funeral services being held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Whites Mill Cemetery in Ellsinore. Rev. Darrell Davis will be officiating.
