Frankie Rice

Frankie Joe Rice, the son of the late Troy and Ruth Rice, was born May 25, 1937, in Risco, Missouri.

He was a member of the Little Brown Chapel in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Mr. Rice died on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, in Poplar Bluff, at the age of 83 years, 5 months and 28 days.

Survivors include two daughters, Peggy Hendrickson and husband, Jack of Malden, Missouri and Tara Rice of Doniphan, Missouri; one sister, Wilma McBroom of Tennessee; three brothers, Buddy Rice of Arkansas, Donnie Rice and Bobby Rice, both of Seattle, Washington; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by one son, Gary Rice; one daughter, Patsy Rice and three brothers, Dawsey Rice, J. C. Rice and Leroy Rice.

A visitation will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel, with Kenneth Durham officiating. Burial will be in the Rosewood Cemetery in Malden.
