Emmitt ‘Edd’ Foulks

DONIPHAN — Emmitt “Edd” Foulks, 86, longtime resident of Cahokia, Ill., died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, at John Cochran VA Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Tucker Cemetery, Tucker, Mo.
