QULIN, Mo. - Dortha May Payne, 74, of Qulin, died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Mark Twain Caring Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mrs. Payne was born Sept. 27, 1943 in Hermondale, Mo., daughter of the late Claud Franklin and Bertha May Lampley. She attended Palace of Praise in Poplar Bluff. On Nov. 25, 1959 she married Hubert Lloyd Payne. He survives. Also surviving are one son: Stephen Payne of Muscatine, IA, one daughter: Patricia Keeley of Qulin, and one brother: Sonny Lampley of St. Charles, Mo.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Josh Reasons officiating. Burial will be in Qulin Cemetery in Qulin.
