NEELYVILLE, Mo. — Doris Mae (Stewart) Garcia, a resident of Doniphan, Mo., passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019. She was born October 30, 1956 in Flint, Mich. to Roy C. Stewart and Florence E. Easlick Stewart both deceased.
She had six sisters, Fern Cotter, Robin Allison, Della Jentzen, Fay Moore and Wilma Stewart; two brothers, Roy C. Stewart Jr. (deceased) and Wesley Stewart.
She married Jesus Garcia Sr. in Flint, Mich., on March 11, 1978. Between them they raised six children, Jesus Garcia Jr., Jessica Garcia Mendez, Dorthy Garcia Bohem (deceased), Katria Stewart Garcia (deceased), Tara Garcia and Britney Garcia. They also have 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witness, May 24 at 7 p.m.
Fowler and Sons Funeral Home in Neelyville is in charge of arrangements.
