PIGGOTT, Ark. -- Doris Erwin, 81 of Poplar Bluff, Mo., formerly of Piggott, passed from this life Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 11, 1937 in Rector, Ark. to the late Lloyd and Zelma Pearl (Cullum) Dees.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Paul (Butch) Erwin and her sisters: Wanda Lee Dees, Dora Belle Dees, Connie Elizabeth Dees, Dorothy Cribbs and Mildred Besserman.
She is survived by a special friend: Bob Spinks; her children: Nikki Dawn Lacy of Poplar Bluff, Gregory L. and Margaret Reeves of Qulin, Mo., Jeff and Angie Reeves of Piggott, Steve Erwin of Poplar Bluff, and Randy Erwin of Mountain Home, Ark,; grandchildren: Leon and Mimi Reeves, Bradley and Sarah Reeves, David Reeves, Jason Reeves, Harley and Jessica Reeves, Michael Reeves, Kevin and Samantha Reeves, Bryan and Kristion Erwin, Cassie and Lance Christian, Matthew and Kristen Lacy, Ashton and Erwin Lester, Keela and Joe Olson, and Ethan Erwin; great-great-grandchildren: Keyla, Nia, Ethan, Peaches, Bailey, Calum, Quintin, Maddie, Hunter, Gunner, Micha, Hunter, Colton, Lane, Zoey, Bennett, Logan, Cooper, Addision, J.C., Ariston and Raphaella; her sisters: Jo Ann and Steven Oliver and Barbara Johnson along with many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Piggott Mortuary with the service starting at 2 p.m. Adam Noles will be leading the service. Interment will be at the Mitchell Cemetery.
