Loving father of Robert Payne, David Payne and the late Twyla Wright; dear grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of six; dear brother of Judy Hillis, Bob Payne and the late Jerry Payne, Randy Desich and Sharon Whitlow.
Service: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Thursday, December 20, from 10 a.m.until time of service at 11:30 a.m. Interment with honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials to the South Poplar Bluff General Baptist Church appreciated.
