Diana Carol (Truelove) Dunkmann went to be with her heavenly savior on Jan. 8 2020 at Birch Pointe Nursing Facility in Springfield, Mo.

Diana was born Aug. 28 1950 at Presnell Hospital in Kennett, Mo. She was the first child born to Carl and Elizabeth Truelove.

She had accepted Jesus and was baptized in the Baptist faith at an early age. She loved her flowers and working her yard. Being raised on a farm south of Poplar Bluff she was learned the value of hard work. She was working at Belk’s in Branson when she became sick.

Diana graduated in 1968 from Broseley High School and attended Three Rivers College when it was downtown.

On March 5, 1977, she was united in marriage to Richard (Rick) Dunkmann in St. Charles, Mo. Her husband preceded her in death in 2013

Diana is survived by her two children, Justin (Julia) Dunkmann of Nixa, Mo., and Jennifer (Cody) Lawson of Branson, Mo.; her mother, Elizabeth McDonald and stepfather Bob McDonald of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; one sister, Betty (Dennis) Bess of Bloomfield, Mo.; and one brother, Charles Truelove of Columbia, Mo.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jeremiah Dunkmann, Joshua Dunkmann, Jayna Dumkmann and Caleb Lawson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Dunkmann, and her father, Carl Kenneth Truelove.

There will be a memorial service at a later date in Branson and burial will be in the Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Mo.
