Dennis A. Burton, 58, of Puxico died March 13, 2018 at St. Louis University Hospital.
Visitation was held March 19, 2018 and the funeral service was held March 20, 2018 both at the Morgan Sifford Funeral Home in Puxico.
Burial followed in the Puxico City Cemetery.
