Debra Fancher, 61, of Piedmont died Saturday, Sept. 17, at her residence.
Visitation is at 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 22, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Celebration of Life is at 6 p.m., also in the Piedmont Chapel with cremation following.
