David F. Brown, 70, of Omaha, Nebraska, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
Mr. Brown was born Aug. 18, 1951, in St. Louis, Missouri. He served in the U.S. Army Sept. 1, 1970 until April 20, 1976. He worked for ConAgra Grain in Omaha in the grain elevator for eight years. He loved working on cars, bowling and helping neighbors. He enjoyed playing Yahtzee when he visited his siblings. He was loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Patricia Brown of Omaha; children, Jennifer Brown of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Shanna (Jared) Myers of Marion, North Carolina, Megan (Ward) Fegan of Omaha, and Jason Brown of Gifu City, Gifu, Japan; grandchildren, Kristian, Gigi, Chloe and Harper; siblings, Albert “Cookie” Brown (Faye) and James “Jimmy” Brown (Susie), all of St. Louis, Missouri; Diane Burchett (Charlie) of Marble Hill, Missouri, Fremonte Brown (Linda) of Valley Park, Missouri, Richard Brown (Catherine) of Georgetown, Texas, John “Johnny” Brown Sr. (Shirley) of Waynesville, Missouri, and Patty Broadbent (Tom) of House Springs, Missouri; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathleen Brown and Barbara Mattler, and parents, Genevieve and Fremonte “Snuffy” Brown.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 1 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis County.
