WAPPAPELLO, Mo. -- Cheryl Jean Glass, 52, of Wappapello, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Glass, the daughter of Sharron Vessell Douglas and the late Joseph Lee Arnold, was born Aug. 24, 1965 in Farmington, Mo. She was of the Catholic faith and was a retired beauty shop owner. Mrs. Glass enjoyed spending time with her family, crafts, flower gardening and had a love for dogs.
On Jan. 17, 1997, she married Billy Dale Glass Jr. in Bloomfield. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include her mother, Sharron Douglas of Festus, Mo; two children: Laura Riddle of Fredericktown, Mo. and Jennifer Thorn of Wappapello; six grandchildren: Heather Thorn, Michael Thorn, Paige Glass, L.J. Riddle, J. R. Riddle and Cody Riddle; five brothers: Eddie (Cindy) Arnold of Hillsboro, Mo., Mike (Shirley) Arnold of Bloomsdale, Mo., Thomas Douglas, Jr. of Highridge, Mo. and Donnie Arnold of Potosi, Mo. and Gary (Lisa) Arnold of Festus, Mo; two sisters: Pamela Badger of Bloomsdale, Mo and Sandy (Ben) Woodland of Desoto, Mo.
Her father, Joseph Lee Arnold preceded her in death.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m., Monday at the Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The visitation will follow until 5 p.m. The Rev. Jimmy Bolin will officiate.
