Charles Johnson

Charles Eugene Johnson, 57, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Nov. 25, 2020, at his home.

Charles was born on July 16, 1963, to the late Henry and Lois (Bilbrey) Johnson in St. Louis, Missouri. He married Patricia (Dixon) Johnson on Oct. 17, 1983. She preceded him in death Dec. 4, 2013.

Charles enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, hunting and fishing.

Charles is survived by daughter Kimberly Hobbs (John); grandchildren, Kylie and Emily Hobbs; brother, Dewayne Johnson; sister, Diane Mitchell; sister, Joanne Smith; sister, Charlotte Stinchcomb.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Johnson, parents, brother Robert Johnson and sister Patricia Swan.

A graveside funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, in the Hamtown Cemetery off Highway T, with Bud and Bonnie Goins officiating.
