Brian Keith Johnson Sr., 56, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away March 11, 2022, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Brian was born Jan. 7, 1966, to Leroy and Shirley (Bailey) Johnson in Nyck, New York. He was engaged to Sharon Parks.
Brian was employed at Briggs and Stratton in Poplar Bluff. Brian loved anything outdoors-the river, drives in the country, BBQs, sitting outside and loved to cook for people. Brian was a people person.
Brian is survived by fiance, Sharon Parks; daughters, Nichole Forbis (Dieago), Amber Frazier; step-daughter, Nikki Burkhart (Robert); step-son, Joseph Page; mother, Shirley (Bailey) Johnson; eight grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; a brother, Barry Myers; sister, Pamela Neal; aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.
Brian was preceded in death by a son Brian K. Johnson Jr. (BJ) and his father Leroy Johnson.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, March 17, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 18, in the Fowler Sullivan Funeral Home. Burial will take place at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
