Bobby Eugene White

FISK, Mo. - Bobby Eugene White, age 91, of Fisk, died Thursday, January 10, 2019 at his residence, in Fisk. Mr. White was born November 15, 1927 in Flat River, Mo., son of late William Albert and Maudie M. White. He had served in the Navy on USS Arkansas during WWII and retired from General Motors in 1977. On October 29, 1950 he married Lucy Belle Thomas. She preceded him in death October 5, 2011. He is survived by one daughter; Jane Bridges of Jacksonville, Fla., two sons; William White of Springfield, Mo. and Donald White of Fisk, one sister; Mae Lambert, Fisk, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one son; James White and two brothers; Marvin and Donald White and one sister; Florence White.

Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Chuck Lambert officiating. Burial will be in Shain Memorial Cemetery at Fisk.
