Barbara Ward

Barbara Ann Ward, 74, of Poplar Bluff died Oct. 2, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 16, 1946 to the late Dale and Elvi Provance. She was married to Arthur Ward Sr. for many years, he preceded her in death in 2013.

She had worked for many years in factories, and was of the Baptist faith. She loved playing Bingo, word search, puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Art Ward (Bobbie); grandchildren, Jessica Ward, Kara Doggett, Michael Ward, Leo McCormick, Zachary Weed; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Gary Lee Provance; and two sisters, Donna Malone and Glenda Clark. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Rose Vincent and Candy Brown, and one brother, Jimmy Dale Provance

A memorial visitation will be held from 1 - 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020, at Fowler Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff.
