BROSELEY — Anna Lavina Robertson entered her heavenly home Saturday, Nov. 16 at the age of 98. Mrs. Robertson, daughter of the late Richard and Grace Fudge, was born Aug. 10, 1921 in Ellsinore. She had managed several restaurants and was known as an excellent cook and business woman. She later worked at Walmart. She retired from there in 1990. She was humble, kind, giving and a devoted Christian. She was a member of the Qulin First Baptist Church.
She was married to Warren H. Dressler, Sydney G. Crowley and Sam Robertson, all who preceded her in death.
She is survived by one son, Dr. A.R ‘Ray’ Dressler of Atlanta, Texas, Carolyn Dressler; one daughter, Dr. Sheryl Teachenor (Jim) of Broseley; nine grandchildren, Linda Bailey (Mike), Caron Oden (Ed), Melissa Cowser (Larry), Beth Hill (Mark), Darren Johnson (Racheal), Dustin Johnson , Katie Johnson, Jamie Teachenor (Jennifer), Scott Williams (Kristy); several great and great-great-grandchildren and several stepchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 at Brown Chapel Cemetery in Broseley with Rev. Gary Hancock officiating.
