Allen "Walker" Hall, 81, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Mr. Hall was born July 1, 1936 in Fisk, Mo., son of the late Everett and Ossie Hall. He was retired from General Motors and was a member of the UAW. He was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals, traveling and spending time with his family.
In 1959 he married Peggy Rose Smith. She preceded in death.
He is survived by four children: Tony Hall of Niota, Tenn. Grant Hall of Cookeville, Tenn, Sandra Hicks of Racine, Wis. and Lorrie Hubbard of Anchorage, Alaska; Two brothers: Charles "Dub" Hall of Essex, Mo. Roy Hall of Poplar Bluff; one sister: Alice Jarrell of Dexter; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 at White-Sanders Funeral Home, Fisk. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Ash Hill Cemetery East in Fisk with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating.
