Vehicle fire Highway 60 east

Firefighters were called Tuesday morning to a vehicle fire on Highway 60 east, just past the Rombauer overpass.

Butler County firefighters were called to a fully involved Ford pickup after it caught fire at about 9:10 a.m. Tuesday on the westbound shoulder of U.S. 60, four about miles east of Poplar Bluff. The truck was destroyed.

No injuries were reported.
