Three Rivers College Board of Trustees will meet at noon Wednesday at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center.
Items on the agenda include: authorizing the college to convey to the Three Rivers Community College Building Corporation to a leasehold interest; approving delivery of lease participation certificates; authorizing and approving certain documents and other actions in connection with the delivery of lease participation certificates; scheduling of November board meetings; naming rights for the capital campaign; consideration of a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for calendar year 2013; athletic insurance; college policy related to military duty; personnel action; and a closed session.
