__Taylor is Top Lister__
Lucas Edington, broker/owner of Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Realty, announced Sandy Taylor as the Top Lister for February.
Taylor has been an agent for Mossy Oak Properties since August of 2012 and a Realtor for nine years, serving the area seven of the last eight years. She has achieved an award of excellence by producing $1 million-plus in sales volume for eight of nine years. Taylor is a member of the Three Rivers Board of Realtors, Missouri and National boards of realtors.
Taylor and her husband, Eric, have two daughters, Mallory, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work and McKenzie, who attends Arkansas State University.

__Emmons is Top Producer__
Lucas Edington, broker/owner of Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Realty, has announced Derek Emmons as the Top Producer for February.
Emmons has been in real estate since September 2014. He is a member of the Missouri Board of Realtors, is the current MLS Director for the Three Rivers Board of Realtors, an active board member for the University of Missouri extension office in Butler County and is active in the community. He is married to Bobbi Emmons and they have two children, Emery and Huxley.
