Tickets are on sale for the John Berry concert, which will serve as one of the opening activities of the Missouri Peach Fair in Campbell. The show will be Saturday, Aug. 19, beginning with opening act Michael Gardner at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $17.50 night of show. Berry came to national fame in the 90s with hits such as Kiss Me In The Car, Your Love Amazes Me, and She's Taken A Shine. He received a Grammy in 1996 and was nominated for several country music awards and recorded several Gold and Platinum albums.

He continues his dedication to music performing shows and featuring his stirring rendition of O' Holy Night in his Christmas tours.

Opening for Berry, is Senath-native Michael Gardner. Gardner is an independent artist who released his debut EP "Living the Dream" in May of 2015, which has been turning heads and gaining positive attention.

"Music has always been a huge part of my life. Singing and songwriting is in my blood," says Gardner. Having written all five songs on his debut EP, Gardner displays his authentic sound and creative writing styles with lyrics that are relatable to everyday life. In September of 2015, Gardner was presented the opportunity to open for Trent Tomlinson and The Kentucky Headhunters. He spent 2015 and 2016 touring, performing, writing and co-writing with other artists.

In September of 2016, Gardner released a full length album titled "Different House, Different Couch," which has been successful for him. Singles from the new album have had radio play are getting a lot of attention on social media as well as iTunes, Amazon, etc.

In April 2017, Gardner advanced to the finals of the Nashville Songwriter Showcase with his single "Got Her Yet" which was judged by Gretchen Wilson and Trent Tomlinson. The finals have not yet taken place.
