Ross Dare participates in 80th session of Missouri Boys State

Ross Andrew Dare of Poplar Bluff participated in the 80th session of The American Legion Boys State of Missouri during the month of June. The event was held on the campus of the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg.

Dare was selected to participate based on his leadership, citizenship, academics and character during his junior year at Poplar Bluff High School. The program is designed to educate and train Missouri’s young leaders in functional citizenship, leadership and government.

Ross is the son of John and Kadi Dare of Poplar Bluff and was sponsored by Ozark Federal Credit Union.
