Southeast Regional Recovery informational meeting will be held from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at Fellowship General Baptist Church, Poplar Bluff, Mo.

The event is hosted by Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Provides and Missouri Recovery Network.
"If you are currently providing any type of recovery services or if you are interested in learning more about how to get more involved in the recovery movement in Southeast Missouri, you'll want to attend,' said Lois Shearer of Poplar Bluff.
Shearer said, organizers would like to invite peers, recovery support providers, treatment providers, recovery allies and partners, faith-based, secular and community-based organizations, etc.
Information will be provided by Scott Johnston, executive director of MCRSP; Brenda Schell, executive director of MRN; Kristi Booth, MRN's SE Recovery Peer Ambassador; and Jane Pfefferkorn as the SE Regional Access Site Director for Recovery Support Services. There also will be technical assistance, follow ups and support provided following the meeting.
"You will be connected to recovery housing, peer networks, recovery provider, advocacy efforts and much more," Pfefferkorn said.
