Rally’s confirmed Friday that it will open at 10 a.m. Feb. 1 in Poplar Bluff.
The 954-square-foot Rally’s on North Westwood Boulevard near Highland Drive is in the same location as the former Pizza Hut.
Construction on the new burger restaurant started in late October.
The estimated cost of the Rally’s building and property, according to city officials, is around $128,130.
The business is owned by P&P Partners out of Cape Girardeau, city documents show.
Rally’s will feature a double drive thru, but will not have any indoor dining, just like its other restaurants across the midwest.
There likely will be an outdoor dining option.
According to company literature, the menu will consist of burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, hotdogs, chicken wings, desserts and more.
