GLENNONVILLE — A Poplar Bluff man was killed and another seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash at 8:40 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, on Highway J, two miles east of Glennonville, in Dunklin County.

According to the report, Rodney L. Labryer, 31, was operating a 2007 Chevrolet pickup westbound when it ran off the road, struck a ditch and overturned.

Labryer, who was ejected, was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:15 p.m. by Dunklin County Coroner James Powell.

Labryer’s 32-year-old passenger, Thomas L. Victery, was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Labryer is the 44th fatality in Troop E this year.
